Our Services

The renter is responsible for setting up and removing all decorations, as well as cleaning the event space in accordance with the terms of the contract.

What’s Included With Your Rental:

  • Second-level Bridal Suite with separate changing room, private restroom and four vanity spaces, along with access to both the outdoor and indoor balconies

  • Groom’s Room with TV, refrigerator, and changing room

  • Caterer’s kitchen with heated holding cabinet, refrigerators, sink and prep table

  • Custom built bar with ice machine

  • Open catering policy

  • Outdoor ceremony space at the pond or the woods

  • Use of outdoor fire pit

  • Choice of arches for ceremony

  • Outdoor seating area

  • Outdoor Cocktail Area on second level balcony

  • Access to The Ivory Grande site for engagement pictures
